Orders under £10:

£1.95 Standard Delivery (3-5 days)

£2.95 First Class Delivery (1-2 days)

£7.95 Express Delivery (Next Working Day via Courier)

Orders between £10 and £50:

We despatch orders Monday to Friday.  Orders received up until 1pm are usually despatched the same day (depending on stock availability).  Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

We use Royal Mail for our Standard and First Class Deliveries.  If you have not received your item within the specified delivery time it is very likely that the item is being held at your local sorting office, please contact them.  A card should be left by the Royal Mail advising you of this.

For Express Next Day Delivery orders need to be received before 12 noon.  Our couriers charge extra for express delivery to certain areas of the UK, please contact us for a quote for delivery to the following postcodes:

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25

Express deliveries are fully tracked, if you are not available to sign for the delivery the driver will leave a card at your address with instructions on how you may collect your item, including a time limit for collection.

If our courier is unable to deliver your item, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your item from our courier within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

a)  you provided the wrong address for delivery;

b)  there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

c)  the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

d)  if in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address to accept delivery and provide a signature.
